Ho-hum week--cardio is working, need to do a nutritional review, moving so need to transition to maintenance workout schedule.
Compound exercises harder than anticipated--must need the focus! Slight changes to cardio--mix and match. Need to be flexible with your workouts.
Really hard week to be motivated--did what I needed to do but without joy. Will wait it out another week before making any further adjustments.
Moving to Stage 2 of glute workout; establish final cardio workouts; add upper body workout to break plateau.
