This site helps you keep track of your workouts, enter up to four motivators (co-worker, spouse, best friend) who will get weekly progress reports via e-mail. It is their job to help support you in meeting your weekly exercise goals. Additionally, you can get questions answered and seek out other resources and information to help maintain your motivation.
