Life Tip #2 Stay in the Here and Now
When setting goals it is very easy to think too far out. I encourage my clients to make long-term, intermediate, short-term, and immediate goals. The immediate goals force you to focus what you are doing in the present moment that will move you closer to your goal. Looking at the big picture can make goal attainment more daunting than it truly is--making sure your decisions and actions are predicated on goal attainment, you will push yourself into making and doing your best each step of the way.
