New Warm-Up

Since I am starting a new kettlebell complex this week, I will be changing my warm-up:

  • Alternate Lunges
  • Squat Jumps
  • Burpees
  • Push Ups
  • Mt. Climber
  • Side Squat
I do 5 repetitions of each exercise using my own body weight and then move on to the kettlebell complex.
