Recovery Rule #5 Work out the soreness

Sometimes workouts produce "knots" or areas that hurt more than others. Take care by instituting some foam roller massage or schedule a periodic massage with a message specialist. Additional stretching for the area may be in order as well as focusing some workouts to address the weak area in a gradual fashion. If your workouts don't allow you to be pain free--what's the point? Rethink your current workout and get advice from a professional.
